We search our candidate database and analyze their profiles to find suitable candidates for positions we are recruiting for internally or for our clients. We use the personal data of candidates or suppliers also for administrative purposes, e.g., we prepare specifications of recruitment services provided, issue VAT invoices, etc.
We contact candidates in matters related to the services we provide: we inform about interesting job offers, ask for further information about themselves, and pass on candidates’ data to clients.
We send marketing information, e.g., information about promotions and interesting events that might interest them, to candidates, employees, clients, and other interested parties who consent to it.
We handle payroll and personnel management. We fulfill obligations related to the employment service of permanent and temporary employees, including in the area of occupational safety and health and occupational medicine.
We monitor the quality of our services because we want it to be the best. We fulfill obligations imposed by law. In some cases, we may be required to store candidate data, e.g., expressed consents, to demonstrate the legality of our actions based on these consents, or to protect against possible claims.
On What Basis We Process Your Data
We process personal data:
- based on consent to the processing of personal data given in writing or electronically, i.e., based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (e.g., when applying for a job or ordering industry reports), or
- because it is necessary to take actions preceding the conclusion of a contract (also an employment contract or a civil law contract) or to perform a contract (i.e., based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), at your request – in this case, providing information is not mandatory, but is necessary for the contract to be concluded and performed, or

Where We Process Your Data
Data may be processed in the offices and IT systems of Apeople Poland, as well as at our suppliers, representatives, and clients (as per the above information).
How Long We Store Your Data
The period for which we store your data depends on whether we have provided you with one of our services (recruitment, temporary work), whether you are our client, supplier, or whether you have submitted an application, complaint, or inquiry to us. Your personal data will not be stored for a period longer than required by law. For example, the law requires that employment data be stored for 50 years or 10 years (depending on when you were employed), and tax data for 5 years. Information about a candidate collected in the recruitment process is available in our database for a maximum of 2 years from the date of their entry into the database if you have consented to future recruitment processes. Personal data may be stored for 3 years for defense against claims in the case of clients.
